I already posted this (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=10707846), but I think something is wrong, because nobody has answered after five posts. So basically, I downloaded liveandroidv0.2.iso.001 and liveandroidv0.2.iso.001. Are one or both of these bootable from a disc, or is there something I need to do?

you need the x86 version, unless your running an arm cpu?

OK, I don't know about an arm CPU, so I'm assuming I don't have one. Thanks, I'll try this in a minute.

OK, so I got is burned to a DVD. I put it in and start installation, but this screen comes up. When I hit the first option, it comes up with a black screen that says:

FATAL ERROR: Cannot open disk drive
Press any key to exit cfdisk_
When I hit a key, it take me back to the same screen. When I hit the second option, it says it is detecting for a few seconds and then take me back. What do I do?

Oh, but before that part, this screen comes up too. I selected the last one. Was this the wrong choice?

I hit tab, and then enter, and then it seemed to install, and came up with this screen. However, nothing I clicked on did anything. What do I do?

slide the lock up to unlock.
remember android is made for touch screens, you might have problems getting around.

Yes, so I've noticed (my keyboard doesn't work, I have to click on each letter I want!). Is there a forum somewhere I can ask questions about Android (this is the Ubuntu forum)?

Here is one:

http://androidforums.com/

but it looks kinda skimpy.

There is some information at the top of the page though that might help:
http://androidforums.com/faqs/1992-faq-android-os-platform.html

This one looks decent:

http://androidforum.us/

Hope that helps.
