Convert single disk system to RAID (RAID1 or RAID10)

I've written a guide to convert a single drive Ubuntu installation to RAID10 (the same procedure will do RAID1 as well). I've converted a few systems using my guide already, so it should be fairly accurate, but if you find any mistakes, please do let me know!

And now, I've written a guide on how to make a *fresh* installation of Ubuntu onto a mirrored set of drives. It works with drives LARGER than 2TB because it uses GPT, and you have a choice of RAID1 and RAID10.
