Hi there

I'm a web developer and I've always used Windows as my development environment, but I'm keen to make the move to Linux. Just installed Ubuntu 10 on a spare laptop and already loving that connections to my web servers can be native to the OS rather than managed using FTP clients or Putty.

However, the "Places" menu doesn't seem flexible enough to store the hundreds of server connections that I have. I can't even seem to add subfolders to it.

I'd be interested to hear how others handle this problem. There must be an easy way to have hundreds of shortcuts stored in a folder structure so I don't have to remember the names of everything!

thanks

Well after a bit of research on this I can't find anything better than good old FileZilla.

Pity, I like the idea of my connections being part of Nautilus
