I've been using this feature since Win3.1 days. Double-click the menu button on the top-left of the window to close it.

It doesn't work for me right now in KDE, and I can't find any option to enable it. Googling gave a few hits of people requesting this feature in gnome, but no clear instructions on how to enable it in KDE or whether it's possible. (Though perhaps my Google-fu is just weak...)

Anyone knows how to get this working?

Hi,
I'm not seeing an option in KDE to enable the feature you are looking for, but there is a way to close the windows by double clicking on the title bar itself. You can find these options at System Settings > Window Behavior > Window Behavior > Title Bar Actions (also see Window Actions).

No, double-click title bar should be maximize. :) I'm already using that one.

I also can't find the option anywhere, and it's getting quite annoying.
