Just update && upgrade ubuntu ends up <initramfs>

Hello guys.
I think , I didn't do anything wrong while sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get ugprade my ubuntu 10.10

I just install ubuntu 10.10 to a desktop computer. and after those thing finish up, I reboot to finish up the installation as usual. After that, it end up at <initramfs>

and I don't what to do at all

please help me . thanks

Please download and run the boot info script from the following site. Run the script from the LiveCD and post the contents of RESUTLS.txt

It will show us the status of your boot files. If you are using WUBI, rather than post here take a look at Rubi1200's Wubi Megathread. Wubi sometimes breaks after updates and solutions are posted there.
