I was amazed when I found that the text installer of Debian supports Chinese font. Actually I discovered this when I was using the alternate CD of Ubuntu. For the unaware, I have included a screenshot to demonstrate the font. Although I have tried myself, but I'm pretty sure all CJK(that is Chinese, Japanese, Korean) fonts should work. How is this implemented? I haven't found any clue on which software it makes use of.
