Extensive heading, I know. Here's my problem; I have 4 hard drives, one Ubuntu 10.10, one windows 7 80gb, one windows xp 1tb and one windows 7 500gb. I have tried everything, but for some reason my win 7 500gb never boots via grub, it has the option to but never does boot, both windows 7 loader options boot my 80gb. I tried to manually set all of the /dev/ options on the grub, which were not meant to be edited, but i made a backup :p, but to no avail. I am seriously stumped. The hdd works, i have booted it directly from my bios and i can access it, but it doesn't bot from grub. Sorry if that didnt make too much sense, i'm kinda new to linux.:lolflag:
