Automatically backing up Evolution

Hi,

I've seen a number of scripts and strategies for backing up Evolution but none of these have the functionality I desire:

1) Backup mail, contacts, calendar and tasks (also mail config details if possible - passwords not necessary)
2) Invokable from a cron job
3) There should be no need to shutdown evolution in order to backup

Is this possible? I think the last feature is important: what if I'm in the middle of composing an email when the backup starts? Do I lose the email?

Any ideas?
