Hi guys,
I always tried to neglect it, but it is really annoying! Whenever my PC goes to screensaver, after unlocking screen (I set it to unlocked without asking password) compiz crashes and I must run it again using Alt+F2 and typing "compiz".
My system is Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. I already have 10.10 on my laptop, this is my desktop and I don't want to install 10.10 on it. I prefer the LTS for use on my desktop.
I tried several screen savers.
And ..., and I need compiz, I can not live without that!:D
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks.

Does anyone know where the hell compiz stores it's log messages?

I had that issue too (in Maverick), then it was fixed all of the sudden. I think it's newer graphics drivers that fixed it. You can try the latest graphics drivers and see if it fixes it for you... For Nvidia you can use the x-updates PPA (https://launchpad.net/%7Eubuntu-x-swat/+archive/x-updates) (though the Lucid drivers are a bit older then for Maverick but it might work).
