Problem in uninstalling Kubuntu

Please help me...
I was trying to uninstall kubuntu and again install it but its not uninstalling, an error is coming...
The error is as follows:

Did you install it with wubi?
because if you did you supposed to uninstall from control panel like any other windows program.

ya I had installed kubuntu using wubi... and I have tried many times to uninstall it from contro panel...but its not working it is showing the same error...
