Hi, so I was having worse battery support previous to this where I couldn't boot unless the battery was disconnected that I fixed by restarting the hardware configurations of my laptop by holding down the power button for 10 seconds after unplugging the A/C adapter and removing the battery. Well, now it will boot with the battery in and I can run on battery power when it is disconnected but If I try to boot while it's disconnected it will hang on the blinking "_" page.

I'm at a loss, you guys.

So interesting it turns out to be an issue with the latest 6.38 kernel as when I choose boot from earlier kernal (6.35) this issue doesn't come up.

Has anyone heard of an issue like this before?
