Reason not to upgrade yet?

Hi guys,

I'm using Xubuntu 10.10 and am really excited about 11.04 cuz it will have XFCE4.8. Is there any reason that I should not upgrade early, cuz I'm thinking of upgrading over the weekend?

Yes...VERY big reason. It's only in beta testing and the final hasn't been released yet. However if you LIKE working with bugs,,,well here's your opportunity... :p I would wait at least a month after the final to do a fresh install...not an upgrade.

Would it be better to add an XFCE4.8 PPA now then?

Not if your doing a fresh install, which again, is what I recommend. All good things come to those who wait..:)
