strange behavior from evolution

evolution from time to time doesnt download random emails(usually incoming) and im forced to use webmail..
some help to figure this out?

check your settings, it could be something like a security setting.
Most email providers will give instructions for outlook and they are pretty good place to start.

If its gmail, they have instructions for evolution
