In 64-bit Meerkat, some tooltips are helpful and some are
just annoying. There aren't many annoying ones-- perhaps
I've already managed to disable most of them. At the risk
of losing the helpful tooltips, I want to try to disable
the few remaining annoying ones. Mainly, the one on the
panel clock that says "Click to view your appointments and
tasks". I guess the reason it annoys me is that it tends
to cover everything in the panel under it.
Is there a way to disable that tooltip, and maybe others?
