no close, max, min buttons

i upgraded to 10.10 32bit. Everything was working fine. I turned my computer off. I came back turned it on and now there are no close maximize or minimize buttons on anything. How can I fix this?

See if turning off desktop effects does anything.

Thanks it fixed it. I disabled everything then re-enabled it thanks so much
