I am new to Ubuntu. I am also trying to learn Java. So I decided to kill two birds with one stone and learn both. Well I first tried to install Eclipse but I could find any install file so I went the software center and under the development section found this java IDE, OpenJDK Java 6 Runtime. I installed it but now i can not seem to access it. It does not appear in the Application menu and I have yet to find the directory with any app files like the Program Files with Windows or Mac's Application directory. Please Advise.
