Ubuntu 10.10 - i7 16GB Ram - Where did my ram go?

Ok, I decided to install Ubuntu 10.10 x64 on my Laptop and run Windows 7 in Virtualbox. I have 16GB of Ram installed but cannot work out where its gone.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please as I'm wanting to allocate 8GB or so to my Windows Operating System.

I'm guessing I'm going to have to reinstall but if someone could give me some advice first that would be much appreciated.
