Hi there
I'm trying to get the zsnes emulator (or any other snes emulator that runs on ubuntu) and I have no idea how. I downloaded a .tar.bz2 file but I have no idea what to do with the synaptics manager or with the terminal. Please please help me and tell me step by step.
Bear in mind I know no terminal commands, you'll need to be really clear with me
Thanks a bunch

edit; ok I've just extracted the that .tar.bz2 and there's a folder called src with has loads more folders in it called things like dos, cpu, gui, win, linux

1) Connected to the Internet
2) Open a Terminal
3) Input: sudo apt-get install zsnes
...Job done...

Hi thanks for response.
When I do that I just get this:

Package zsnes is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'zsnes' has no installation candidate
