What is your favourite variety of "Hummus"?

Mine is "Tesco" caramelised onion flavour... MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!! :P

We make our own in a blender, I usually add some chilli (including seeds & pith) from the garden, some lemon juice, a little Himalayan salt, olive oil, chickpeas, tahini, garlic (usually home grown) & a little of whatever else may take my fancy at the time.

Love the stuff.

Yes, I made some in a blender in the autumn... MMMM! Sesame oil makes it nice also!

After tasting the hummus at Abu Hassan's Ali Karavan in Yafo, Israel...nothing else can possibly compare.

EDIT: Oh, and if you make your own, lightly brown some pine nuts in hot olive oil and sprinkle them over. Mmmm.
