Window Border Problems, and not able to move after Upgrade - Solved
My preferences in Compiz had been elliminated and I had to add to re-check the appropriate boxes as well add "gtk-window-decorator --replace" in the appropriate spot (Compiz/Effects/Window Decoration)
and now I have borders again and can move the windows - phewww :)
