python issue

I hope I am following the proper rules of posting. I like some programmers to have a look at this python parsing error I get. I have already posted to the UEC community. Here is the link:

I figured this out. I had to update the file: /etc/default/image-store-proxy with the name and port of my proxy server. It did not work until I added the https url. So UEC image store uses ssl.
