Hi and welcome to UF

Please read this first...
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1422475 (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1422475)

Then this...

I'ts a good idea to choose "Try Ubuntu" when you first boot up your live cd/usb. That's so you can...
a)make sure it runs to your satisfaction on your hardware.
b) So you can browse the web while installing if you need to.

Once you choose "Try Ubuntu" you'll be able to click to install from there.

Best regards

Hi and welcome to the forums DannyDHL :)

Just to add to what Dutch70 has already said; make sure you read first before installing and ask questions here.

Be sure to backup any important data first and make sure you have a Windows Recovery/Installation CD just in case.

A nice manual also exists for install and also later on use. : http://ubuntu-manual.org/

As suggested try it first by booting form CD/USB. This will load the whole OS to RAM so any changes you make will be lost on reboot. And also it won't change you current setup/windows. The downside is it might be a bit slow to boot (especially from CD) as it needs to read all the data and transfer it to RAM.
