Elementary OS getting released on... April 1st?

I "did the math" twice, using an automated date and time calculator.
Release date, assuming GMT: April 1st, 01:00 AM. Almost sinister, isn't it? :P

Leaving that behind, what are your opinions and expectations? :D I, for one, am eagerly awaiting the release, though I don't think it'll be much better than Ubuntu or any other distro around. I've been waiting for a 100% usable distro for years now, I'm kinda used to being disappointed.

I think Elementary represents some of the best we can do within the the current generation, classic, desktop. I am excited to see the first release coming out, though I know most of the more advanced projects such as Marlin won't be ready till a later release.
