I requested a free Ubuntu 10.04 LTS disk when it came out. However, I have since lost it I think. Meaning, I can't find it. Where could I buy/request the exact one that Canonical offered for free?

The don't have 10.04 LTS desktop version anymore, unless you're seeing something I'm not.

That I am not sure, I have not actually ordered one myself. I just googled this and found it. If there is a contact button, contact them and ask. Also contact Canonical and ask them if you can get one. I ordered a 10.04 LTS CD and it never came in the mail but my 10.10 CD did... Sometimes they come, sometimes they do not... lol

Yeah I order the LTSs only, then upgrade through software update. Both of mine have come within a week, and I live in the midwest US :)

Wow lucky you, I live in Ohio and my 10.10 CD's took almost 6 weeks, I ordered some pre 9.10 and it did the same to.


Yeah I order the LTSs only, then upgrade through software update. Both of mine have come within a week, and I live in the midwest US :)

Still curious. I'd really love to find a copy of that disk/sleeve!
