Hi everyone
I completed an update of my Ubuntu (10.10) and now it won't load.
I'm using a Toshiba Satellite, it's a new laptop and I had a bit of trouble installing Ubuntu as a duel boot with Windows 7 (normally I just use 100% Ubuntu but as it was a new computer I left Windows in in case I needed to boot it up in that for any reason, which was actually needed as I had trouble getting the wifi work as well). Anyway, It was running fine for a week had the latest Update from Update manager now when you turn it on it just goes to the white flashing curser in the left hand corner of the screen Grub doesn't load, nothing loads. Help!!
I am quite a novice user so any coding or anything terminal related please take it slow with me... not that I CAN do anything with the computer! The only thing it lets me do is get into the BIOS screen!
