It doesn't look like any of the panels I've encountered so far: kxdocker, ksmoothdock, or engage -- or is it the new engage?? Anyone have any idea? I'd love to try it out :D

Acctually... I dont think that is in Enlightenment, but a redesigned GNOME (I saw that screenshot before).

I'm pretty sure you can find that panel (or one very similar to it) on Enlightenments website, though.

Not independetly, but I doubt you need the entire E17 package.

It's called shelf, and it was accidently commited to the E17 CVS by Rasterman. Well, at least we know what he's up to now. :)
