Hello

I'm having trouble installing Windows 7 from a a USB stick. All of the files are contained in a folder and not an ISO. The computer is a rig I built myself. I was able to install ubuntu from from the USB stick so I know its possible to do. I'm pretty sure I have the boot sequence running to the USB first because when the computer starts up, I get this sort of error

SYSLINUX 3.85 2010-02-20 CBIOS Copyright (c) 1994-2010 H. Peter Anvin et al

boot:

Do you guys think something is wrong with the folder? Should I try to convert the folder to an ISO? Any help would be much appreciated. I'm not at my computer right now but I think I'm going to see if the boot works starts on my laptop.

Thanks

Edit: the penddrive is formatted fat32. files included in the folder are a boot folder, efi folder, sources folder, support folder, autorun setup information file (txt doc I think), bootmgr file, bootmgr.efi, and a setup exe.
