Hello. I tried to install Ubuntu 10.10 on my poweredge sc-430. I chose the desktop x86 version, and the screen is flickering. Even after it is finished installing. So I tried xp just to see if the pc was destroyed, but that was working fine :(
It is Intel prosessor 2.80 ghz, 800 mhz, 64 bit technology with some integrated graphic card. 2 or 3 years ago I tried ubuntu, obviously a different version ( I dont remember which), and I just ran it from the cd without installing it and it worked fine. What could be the problem?
