Is there a job site for groups recruiting people to help build/test/translate their code. I feel it is time I gave something back. Would like to start gently perhaps with some GB-language translation :p

Sourceforge.net is a place you can use to host your project and get others involved. I believe it is free. There are others: berlios.de is one that comes to mind.
