I installed Mapsource via Wine, as well as downloaded aztopo 2.10 and installed it under Wine. When I open the maps there are areas on the map, such as a National Forest area, that show up black. This occurs on my laptop running under Wine on Maverick. When zoomed in you can see the topography lines but not pleasing to the eyes and difficult to view due to the color. When running QlandkarteGT the colors are fine but aztopo 2.10 is not as detailed as the Garmin maps but they won't run under QLandkarteGT.

I went into the garage and pulled out an old desktop with XP and installed Mapsource on it and the maps are the correct color.

What could be the cause of my color malfunction with Wine or Mapsource? I've tried a couple different versions of the mapsource updates from Garmin and it does not fix the problem.

I am running Compiz and was wondering if that had anything to do with it.

Are there any display setting is Wine that could be affecting it?
Any other suggestions?
Please help.
