*I was installed "wine" to play windows games!
*I wanted to play "Counter-Strike", but its srssly lagging!
*I changed options in "Counter-Strike" from software to OpenGl and then it play little faster!
*I changed resolution to windows, but its don't change anything!
*I changed to 16 bit color and too its don't change anything!
But i cant play so slow this game and i don't want any else games!

try http://www.playonlinux.com

IF You have set your graphic options to high in counterstrike...you must turn down UNTILL you get css to run. You can fine tune after that to get the best looking graphics that you can...

You also need to be aware that Wine will NOT provide the same level of playing experience with Windows games as is available natively in MS Windows.

Wine will only support DirectX9 -- and most recent games expect to be using v10 or v11.

So, you're going to get poorer performance in Wine.
