View Full Version : [SOLVED] Keyboard Layout reintalled "magically"

In the last weeks, I'm suffering a little problem with the keyboard layout:
Every time I turn on the computer, it appears a Japanese Layout I didn't installed, and it appears as selected.
Every time I see this, I delete the layout in the installed layouts' menu, but it's the same. Next time, Japanese Layout is installed and selected again.
How can I fix this?
Thanks in advance.

1. Log out.

2. At the GDM login screen, select your name, then select "Language" in the lower left and pick your preferred layout.

3. Enter your password and log in.

4. For the last time (we hope), delete Japanese in your Keyboard Layouts.

If GDM has something set as default, it can't be fully removed from your user account.
