I need to create a form that people will put their email address in it and it will automatically send them a message to their email. Where and how can I do it (I dont have a server, or any private hosting, I need something online and free)?

You could use something like wufoo (http://wufoo.com/) or Email Me Form (http://www.emailmeform.com/) ...

... If not then why not just do a google for free email forms etc etc :?

OK, I have signed up for wufoo, and created a blank form with email section, but where can I set the message that will be delivered to the fillers' email? Can I even do it?

Have you tried consulting their help section (http://wufoo.com/docs/)? How about asking on their forums (http://wufoo.com/forums/)? Or contacting them (http://wufoo.com/support/) to find out how their system works?
