Has anyone seen this?

cnn.com: Powder at Kennedy Space Center tests positive for cocaine (http://www.cnn.com/2011/US/03/15/nasa.powder.investigation/index.html?hpt=T2)

I'm not sure if I'm more disturbed that cocaine was found at KSC, or by some of the comments at the end of this article.

I did hear of this. You would think that all people capable of getting a job at NASA would be smart enough not to take cocaine, quite surprising.

Some of the most influential people have drug problems. But it is NASA, maybe someone just missplaced a sample.

OR Maybe it had something to do with the guy who recently fell off the launch pad.

I am personally more worried that we continue to find traces of Charlie in my governments bathrooms. These are people we definitely do not need to be up all night working or to suffer from cocaine induced paranoia.

Might be cheaper than using all that rocket fuel to get astronauts into space...

Getting back to the point, we have very few details. For all we know it's a leftover from a guest at a launch party who talked to Charlie in the bathroom. It's also hardly surprising that giving the thousands of people who likely have access to all kinds of places at NASA, that one would be a cocaine user. That's just statistics, drugs work, people use them.

Come back and if it is someone important and it can be proven that his or her use has impaired their ability to do their job, I may be interested.
