Does this mean that Geography will not be offered at all in Fall 2011?

http://www.arts.uregina.ca/geography/class-schedules

When you also check out their enrollment it seems like out of a possible student enrollment of 50 there are usually 0 - 3 students.

So the courses will be canceled unless they can get enough students for the Fall term?

Example of course scheduling if you can't see it from the link:

Best to call UR and ask them. There might only be 3 enrolments right now but come closer to closing date more people could potentially sign up.

I have seen classes with 2 students not being canceled and I have seen classes with 5-6 students getting canceled. This depends on the University, Department, whether or not the class is a prerequisite for a specific major and most importantly the budget. Call the department and ask them for more info.

There are thousands still waiting for offers of admission in Ontario and many more non-residents in the same boat.

With the introduction of Google Earth this subject has been deemed obsolete...

Human geography is how humans interact with the earth, and how we impact our environment.

And geography is not obsolete because of google maps who do you think keeps google maps updated, and other maps for garmin and tom tom?
