Minimized windows disappear

Hi, hope I'm doing this right, first time on forum.
Had Ubuntu 9, but for some reason when I closed a window, it p { margin-bottom: 0.08in; } Disappeared instead of going down to the bottom panel. Updated
to version 10 hoping it would be OK, but same thing happens.
Any way to fix this?

Sounds like you may have deleted your window buttons applet. Check that out.

Right click the bottom panel > add to panel > add window list.
