I recently upgraded from lucid to maverick. Now when I right click on an audio/video file and select properties, the box no longer displays the audio/video properties for that file. Each category simply says "unknown" "0" or "N/A".
Any ideas on what I've neglected to change or include that's caused this to happen? Thanks in advance.
