Does anyone know of a good resource that covers *all* three of these topics together?

I know of some decent books on each of these separately, but it would be nice to have them presented together in a cohesive manner.

http://www.w3.org/ if you want to know literally everything about them.
http://www.w3schools.com/ has many tutorials, lots of examples, tests, etc.

Have fun :)
