Hi,
I had got Ubuntu installed few months ago. Its 9.04 Jaunty.
For some reason I started getting - "Your distribution is not supported anymore.
You will not get any further security fixes or critical updates. Upgrade to a later version of Ubuntu Linux. See http://www.ubuntu.com for more information on upgrading."
So I decided to upgrade the system to 9.10 - since its the next release.
I also wanted adobe flash 10, which is not getting installed on the version I have. And all the videos stopped working on my browser .. firefox.
This is the first time I am upgrading -
should I be taking the bkup of data I have on the system? (even though its just the next release)?
I read the release notes, I could not find anything specifically fatal ... Anything I should know before the upgrade.
Thanks
