So, I often visit the public library and need to manage personal details for certain clients, the only problem is, the library has a way of viewing all the monitors on the network. Is there a way, I can make a video, and then loop it around to hide what I am actually doing? I or at least blur that part of the screen, so they can't read it. (not trying to hack or do anything illegal) so they can see the screen, but not the words which are on it.
