I've been trying to install Ubuntu on my Windows 7 computer. I booted into the live CD and made two new partitions to my hard drive, one for Ubuntu and one as a swap. I used the install icon on the desktop and had it install to the correct partition. Ever since, it's been stuck saying "Calculating files to skip copying" and it has been there for several minutes now, and the progress bar hasn't moved at all whatsoever since the install started. There's no option to restart or anything, it's just stuck at the beginning and not able to do anything. What can I do to make the install continue? I can't copy the log that's on the install screen either, I tried ctrl + c and it just output ^C (which I can't delete) and there's no option to right click to copy it, so I can't show that.
