Hi all,
I upgraded yesterday from 10.04 to 10.10. Now when I boot, I get to see shortly the logo of UBUNTU with the dots under it and then i get a black screen. I do hear the sound being played which usually happens at logon and if I blindly type my login and pwd, than I see the hard disk working, so I suppose I am logging in, only the screen stays black. I am working on a fujitsu Siemens Amilo laptop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
