I've been tasked with writing a research paper which studies the term "troll", and how it's meanings have changed over the years. I'm wondering if anyone would like to help me gather some data by participating in my troll survey. It's only 13 questions, so it should only take a minute.

I thought about adding "why did you answer that way?" to some of the questions, but I didn't want to make the survey too long. Then people might get tired of it and give up halfway through. Unfortunately this survey is heavily biased, as it is targeting members of an active internet community. Unfortunately administering the survey in any other way is far to time consuming. Though I think it is a very interesting idea.

Yes, that is definitely going to be mentioned in my paper. I've also issued it to people in the "real" world too. Part of the research is to compare how different demographics view the word. But thanks for pointing that out.
