Mouse Preferences Problem

hello, i have problem on "Mouse Preferences" one of tabs is gone.
Previosly there's 3 tabs now only 2 tabs (General, Accessbility), how do i recover the missing tab. Need adivice. Thx. :):):)

I also have two tabs , I don't look at it much and if it changed recently due to updates I didn't notice. What was the 3rd tab for ?
