Login window

Hello,

I am new to Ubuntu and already installed some themes etc.
But the hard part is to be able to change the logon windows the way I would like it to be

Mean with some transparency etc. Not that ugly default window.

Wallpaper is no problem.

I would like to have something that look more like that

I did found a lot of how to but none works for Ubuntu 10.10

Please help a noob ;-)

Ubuntu Tweak log in settings makes it easy to change the background but I have not found out a good way to use gdm themes like the one in your link . I would search for login screens for 10.10 or instructions for them. http://ubuntu-tweak.com
