ebay seller question

I've only ever brought stuff off ebay before, but now I want to sell some bits and bobs on there.

Tried filling out one of the sell item forms, but it wouldn't let me choose paypal as a payment method for some reason.

Do you have to be verified or something to sell on ebay? That's the only reason I can think its not working (says I'm unverified on paypal)

Fixed the problem.

Tried the seller form with firefox instead of chrome, and it worked for some reason. Weird.

I'm not in the US, so don't have craigslist...
