how to upgrade to 10.10-currently on 7.04

Hi guys,

First of all my apologize if this is a repeating question. Currently i'm having Ubuntu 7.04 on my machine. I do not have an internet connection temporarily. I do have Ubuntu 10.10 cd package.

Now I would like to upgrade my machine to run 10.10 without boot using 10.10 cd. Is there any way I can upgrade 10.10 while running 7.04?

you'll need to find a way to download 10.10 iso & do a clean install.
