need help.. putting windows iso i downloaded to usb???

im running ubuntu 10.04 and i downloaded windows xp iso files for installation.. i burned the image with brasero to my only dvd.. and scratched it so installation messes up right when it starts basically. i just need to know how to get the .iso file on my flash drive and the programs or anything ill need plsss help, thanks

Did it occur to you that the ISO may have been pre-rooted?

I don't know of any way to install Windows XP from an ISO file on a flash drive. Even if it were possible I doubt Microsoft wants you to do it that way.
