No SSH-Connection

Hi Guys,

i installed a UEC from the 10.10 image.
I am able to start instanzes and they also get an IP form our local DHCP-server.
I can ping the machine, but i am not able to log in using ssh.

I also tried to start an instanze with a key attached to it, but it doesnt work either...
Do have any ideas what maybe wrong??

The other Problem i have has to deal with hybridfox. It cant connect to my Cloud...
(http://16.x.x.x:8773/services/Eucalyptus)
I get an error message with no content in...if i type it in my browser i get: "Internal Server Error"

Any Ideas?!?

Hey and welcome,
you should first check if your instances boot correctly( running state doesn't meant that every things is ok) and if your private key is ok.
So post the output of


euca-get-console-output i-xxxxx(your instance id )


And check the content of your mykey.priv file

Are you using a non-default networking mode? If so, I'd strongly recommend reverting to MANAGED_NOVLAN (default setting for UEC). Other modes do not get much testing and are known broken in certain situations
