repair grub2 or boot ubuntu

after i install windows 7 on the windows partition i created, i can not boot ubuntu, even not recognize it on the disk. if i use the ubuntu .iso file that i used for installing lucid beforehand, will it fix the grub 2? what should i do or read here on the forum?
